The NC-REN Video Network is a two-way Microwave network maintained and operated by the Microelectronics Center of North Carolina (MCNC) and its participating institutions - Duke University, NC A & T State University, N.C. State University, UNC-Chapel Hill, UNC-Charlotte, and the Research Triangle Institute.

Under the NC-REN agreement, degree students pay tuition according to the rate of his or her institution. Non-degree students pay the rate applicable to the Originating Institution (the University taking the main responsibility for offering the course).

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:

1. Obtains interinstitutional approval form from the Registrar's Office, Suite 3100, SASB North.
   
   
2. Obtains appropriate approval (Graduates must get Advisor approval; Undergraduates and Professionals must get Dean's approval)
   
   
3. Return the approval form to the Registrar's Office, Suite 3100, SASB North
