ARE YOU READY TO REGISTER?

If you're a new undergraduate student, please consult our site, For New Students, for other information about orientation, CTOPS, TSOPS, placement tests, and other important news.

If you're a new graduate or professional student, please consult the program to which you were admitted for more information about enrollment criteria, registration, and other important news. A list of department websites that may be useful is available.

Have your ONYEN and PASSWORD ready

You need to have your ONYEN and password to access the Student Central Portal.

Have your PIN ready

You need to have your PIN to access the Registration System. Find your PIN at the Student Central Portal: Registration Information. If your PIN is not there, you need to contact Academic Advising or your departmental registrar.

Make sure you have the right access time

You can register once your registration access time arrives. Check your access time at the Student Central Portal: Registration Information. You may then register any time after that date when the system is available.

You can make subsequent changes to your schedule (add/drop classes) while the registration system is available. Please see the registration calendar for dates and times.

Make sure you do not have any stops on your record

You can register or add classes during your access dates and times if you do not have a stop on your record that would prevent you from registering/adding. Check your stops at the Student Central Portal: Stops.

Have a backup plan

Have some alternate courses and class times chosen in case you cannot get the course that you want. You may have to be flexible about your schedule, because you probably will not be able to get all of the classes you want every semester. As you progress toward your degree, however, it should become easier for you to get the classes you need.

Don't cancel your registration without assistance

You can drop classes during your access dates and times, regardless of your stops. If you need to withdraw from the University or completely cancel your registration, please speak with an advisor in Academic Advising or your academic dean. Do NOT drop all of your classes on the registration system in order to cancel your registration.
