Students expecting to graduate in December must apply by early October to graduate in the fall semester. All undergraduates apply in their Dean's office. Graduate and Professional students apply in their department. Those students fulfilling their requirements by the December degree award date will receive their diplomas by mail in March 2009.

The student's transcript however, will bear the degree notation approximately one week after the December 16 award date. August 2008 graduates are invited to participate in the ceremonial graduation on December 14, 2008.
