Public relations are one of the most important aspects of our work in this office. This department should have a reputation for friendliness, cooperation, and good service. To establish and maintain this reputation you should treat all people with whom you have contact, in person or by phone, with promptness, accuracy, and common-sense courtesy.

Additionally, each person is responsible for knowing the Office Code of Ethics and how it relates to our service-providing activities.
