Wireless Policy Concerning General Purpose Classroom Renovations

SUBJECT: Wireless Policy Concerning General Purpose Classroom Renovations

Effective 2/9/04, all designs for construction and renovation of General Purpose classrooms with fewer than 70 seats should provide for the latest wireless LAN access technology, per ITS networking standards.

Funds to equip these rooms will come from the particular bond funding for those rooms and be noted as part of the telecommunications reserve budget for the project.
