Spring Semester 2009 Classroom Scheduling Information

Course Schedule Maintenance opens on Thursday, April 10, 2008 for Spring 2009 (term = 092). All Scheduling Officers in the Graduate/Undergraduate academic unit (AU = GU) will have until Friday, July 31, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. to verify and update spring class schedule information in the Student Information System (SIS-C), at which time Course Schedule Maintenance will close for the spring classroom assignment period.

Course Schedule Maintenance also opens for Law, Medical and Dental Schools as well as the MBA program on Thursday, April 10, 2008 but will remain available to these academic units until the Extended Schedule Maintenance period (ticket/instructor update) closes for the fall term.

We will distribute updated semester section books as indicated on the Spring 2009 Production Schedule to assist in the preparation of your class schedule.

SPRING 2009 PRODUCTION SCHEDULE

For information about media equipment, or computer or communication capabilities of classrooms, or if you would like to schedule a classroom equipment demonstration, please call the Classroom Hotline at 962-6702. Course Session Definition Form

Any course sections in any academic unit whose actual dates of instruction are different from the full term begin and/or end dates should be identified on a course session definition form. For each course listed, a session code is assigned in SIS which affects the Scheduling, Cashier`s, and Financial Aid Offices. Changes to course sessions must be made prior to the beginning of term registration. See See Production Schedule for due date.

In order to place a reservation request with ITS for Rosenau 201, this form is made available to you. This form is not returned to Classroom Scheduling but to Classroom Hotline at CB #3420.
