New First Year Undergraduates and Transfer Sophomores - Registration occurs during CTOPS session. (See Registration Information for new First Year Undergraduates and Transfer Sophomores.) All new First Year Undergraduates and Transfer Sophomores who register at their CTOPS session between May 30 and June 29 will be billed on June 29 with a tuition and fees due date of July 30. New First Year Undergraduates and Transfer Sophomores who register between July 1 and August 1 will be billed on August 1 with a due date of August 20. New First Year Undergraduates and Transfer Sophomores who register after August 1 will be billed on September 7 with a due date of September 28.
